Baan Makham

Quite interesting location, for taking photos on the beach and enjoying the virgin tropical nature, however swimming here won't be satisfying as in other places. Baan Makham is located within few minutes drive to Natong area, which means you can reach the central part of the island by foot. Although, it's not one of the most popular tourist places on the island it's still worthy of visiting.

Distance to the local airport is 15 km.

2. Distance to the beach.

Few steps away.            

3. Beach length.

The shoreline is stretched within 3 km.

4. Beach and water condition.

Best of all Bann Makham can be described as the shoreline, but not really the beach, since this area doesn't suit well enough for the swimming. The beach line is quite narrow, with shallow water and no sunchairs and beach service. However, Baan Makham is not overcrowded and still looks attractive with its untouched nature. 

5. District infrastructure.

The basic infrastructure is present along with the local hotels, however, if you are looking for more, it's better to visit neighboring Natong area, which is within a few minutes walk from here.

6. Transportation.

There's a beach road, where you can catch a taxi, but renting your own vehicle still remains the better idea, if you are going to stay in Baan Makham.

7.  Views.

Here you can enjoy gorgeous sea views from basically any point.

8. Popular objects.

Unfortunately, there are no really attractive sightseeing in this area, except probably bullfight stadium which can be disturbing for most of us.
