Pattaya authorities will monitor drainage system around the clock

City Hall held and extraordinary meeting where Pattaya and provincial authorities discussed how to address the drainage problem in the town, which had shown its' inefficiency especially after the latest heavy rains that caused a lot of damaged to the locals property and bogged down the traffic. 

City workers were ordered to monitor streets and drainage canals during nest several months and in the case of emergency to help locals, while engineers will continue to dredge the drainage system in and around the town.

City mayor was aware that such actions won't resolve the problem overall but at least will let to define the options to upgrade the current drainage system.
