100.000 THB - signing contract (within 30 days after booking) 
5.000 THB - monthly installments 
The Balance - when move in (4Q 2016) 

Trio Gems Condo additional payments (after completion): 
70,000 THB - Foreign Name unit extra charge 
Maintenance Fee - 25THB/sqm per month (1 year in advance) 
Sinking fund -200THB/sqm (one time payment) 
Transfer Fees and Taxes - 50/50 Buyer/Developer 
Water and Electricity meters installation - to be paid by Buyer
