We are glad to present you our first project on Phuket, located in Bangtao area - Waterworld Phuket.

New Nordic Waterworld Phuket will be located in Bangtao district within 40 minutes drive to the actual downtown of the island, the Patong area.
Project infrastructure will fully match requests of our loyal customers and tourists, who are looking for the high level of comfort and long list of entertainment facilities on project area.
Project will consist of condominiums, family villas, pool villas and hotel building.
Infrastructure will consist of swimming pools all over the project area, separated by zones for each group of residents and tourists; sunbathing zones with artificial caves and sand beaches, which we believe will create great holiday atmosphere for all our customers.

Project construction will be divided into three phases, which will be launched in a short period of time after each other. 

• First phase includes 5 condominiums, of which three buildings will be built first, and soon after the launch of the first three, construction of two more will start. All 5 buildings, 7 floors high each, are arranged around a common pool. Condominium are will feature restaurants, shops, massage parlors, and bar area. 
• Second phase includes family holiday villas, the clubhouse and a large communal swimming pool in the middle of the area.
• Third phase includes private pool villas and hotel building.

The initial project of the first phase consists of three buildings:

• Building А, which will feature restaurant and bar on the ground floor and 6 commercial premises, in which shops, massage parlors, etc. will be located.
• Building В, which will feature office, shop and lounge zone on the ground floor. In the future it is planned that the pool will "run" through the building.
• Building С, which will feature infrastructure, as in the other two buildings.

Residents in any of the buildings will be able to use objects of infrastructure located in other buildings.

Apartments can be purchased as freehold by a foreigner.

New Nordic Group is Norwegian development company that was founded in Pattaya 15 years ago. Understandable terms of cooperation and guaranteed income after the contract is signed – the reasons why foreigners are investing money into New Nordic hotel complex for 15 years. This is what sets New Nordic’s offer apart from standard real estate investments, which start to gain returns only after construction is completed.

At the moment New Nordic operates more than 30 projects in Thailand (Pattaya, Samui, Phuket, Chumphon), as well as projects in Cambodia, Indonesia, and Philipines.

Setting an unprecedented benchmark in the real estate development sector, buyers can choose the following investment options:

1. Terms and conditions. 
There are two terms available for which contracts are concluded - 5 and 10 years. Each contract implies extension for another 5 years by the investor's decision. Thus, the period of rental guarantee income varies from 5 to 15 years.

2. The rate of rental guaranteed income is:

·         Cambodia - 8%

·         Thailand - 8%

·         Africa - 8%

·         Indonesia (Bali) - 7%

·         Latin America - 7%

·         Philippines - 6%

The difference in return rate is due to different tax rates for foreigners in the above countries. They vary from 14/15% in Cambodia and Thailand to 25% in the Philippines.

3. The term of the contract is counted from the moment of full payment for the apartment and is not tied to the term of completion of construction.

4. The form of ownership of apartments is Leasehold.

5. At the end of the contract period, if the investor wishes, the apartment can be bought back by New Nordic Group at the purchase price (100% return of the investment amount).
