New Thailand immigration policy

Now for 90 days visa overdue the holder will be banned to enter  the country for 1 year, and if the visa has expired for more than a year, the ban is valid for 3 years. Holders of 3 years overdued visa can forget about Thailand for next 5 years, and if you have not updated the document for 5 years - the entry will denied for 10 years.

The new rules do not apply to people under 18 years of age.
