View Talay 3

View Talay 3 Condominium was built around 2006 and is located in the prestigious Pratumnak area on the 'Buddha Hill' between Pattaya & Jomtien. Its actually positioned down the hill of Pratumnak Soi 6 and so enjoys its own direct access to the popular Dongtan beach. There are 2 buildings, A & B, which are a bit smaller than the other View Talay projects and share a nice large swimming pool with poolside restaurant.

There is 24hr gated security and CCTV. On the ground floor there are small businesses to cater for your every need. This is perhaps the most quiet of the View Talay Condominiums but you are still very close to the thrills of the city as Pattaya is just a short ride over the hill.
