Majestic Residence is the great and luxurious villa accommodation, located on Pratumnak Hill, Cosy Beach.
The most notable detail of the following village is direct access to the beach, part of which allotted to the residents and guests of Majestic Residence. It's probably only village in the town with this kind of feature.

Majestic Residence consists of little more than 30 bungalow type villas, 1-4 bedroom, different layouts. Almost every villa has it's own swimming pool.
